I mean, the MI Dems can afford it. It's not like they're doing anything else with their political capital besides pissing it away on text-message scandals and budget deadlocks.
1.) The last thing Michigan needs is another reason for the rest of the country to feel sorry for it. (economy, Kwame, Lions...)
2.) I feel unrepresented. And it's all about me. I don't even really live here anymore.
3.) Revote = influx of media = hotel/travel/restaurant $. We take what we can get.
4.) We have to keep up with Florida, if only for more of these kinds of graphic jokes on The Daily Show.
5.) Did I mention it was a sham in the first place?
